Terms of Service

Commissions and payments:

-No refunds! Unless I cannot complete your commission(s).
-I reserve the right to decline comm. requests.
-Payment must be sent within 1 day.
-Payment is through Paypal! I will need your email to send you an invoice.
-I won't start drawing until I get paid!
-Once I start lining I will not change the pose. Work in progress sketches will be sent to the commissioner, who will tell me if it is okay to start lining.
-Only the commissioner can repost the final piece, with credits.
-I will not provide artwork without my watermark.
-I reserve the right to use finished commissions as examples and add them to my portfolio.
-I will not draw NSFW.
-(For DeviantART clients) If you want to use points, I will set up a commission widget and you will pay from there instead of gifting/donating them.


Fanart, art trades, gifts and personal art:

-Do not repost artwork that is a gift, unless it was for you, but credit me.
-Fanart may be reposted, always credit me.
-Personal art may be reposted, always credit me.
-Art trades may only be used and reposted by the character owner.
